Take care of your health before it needs treatment
Your partner
in designing longevity
Sense Med Longevity is a longevity clinic in Warsaw where medicine, science, and care come together as one.
Why we created Sense Med Longevity
We believe health is designed over years, not rescued at the last minute. That’s why we created a place where diagnostics, prevention, regeneration, beauty, and fitness work together under one lead physician and a medical concierge, within a single plan for a long, healthy life.
One team, guiding your health as a whole
Our physicians and specialists work as a medical board (the Sense Med Longevity Medical Board), understanding how every part of your health connects. Metabolic medicine, endocrinology, cardiology, gynecology, dermatology, aesthetic medicine, physiotherapy, dietetics, and diagnostics.

Health Risk Screening
The best place to start is the Health Risk Screening, the first step toward your plan.
Three worlds, one plan
We’re a place where medicine, aesthetics, movement, and balance form one big picture, overseen by your lead physician. Each of the three worlds is part of the same plan.
Physician-led preventive medicine, diagnostics, and treatment. The foundation of the entire method.
Regeneration and beauty as an outcome of longevity. A 4/8/12-week process, not a one-off treatment.
